With this launch, ARP Press has transitioned from an ecommerce site primarily for print books to a fully searchable books platform with full-text versions of the books in their current series of fascicles. ARP Press sought to optimize the accessibility and discoverability of their comprehensive content and now offers pathologists robust searches across the entire series for images and text covering clinical features, differential diagnoses, immunohistochemistry, molecular biology, treatment, and prognosis. ARP is also the first publisher on the Silverchair Platform to launch with support for print sales integrated into content pages and the store.

“The ARP Press has achieved their goal of providing a modern user experience for their esteemed content, while also benefitting from flexibility, autonomy, and predictable pricing,” said Thane Kerner, Silverchair CEO. “We have enjoyed collaborating with ARP Press throughout the build phase, and we look forward to what we’ll continue to develop throughout our partnership.”

“The ARP is pleased to welcome the pathology community to our comprehensive and completely searchable digital atlas and text, encompassing the 4th series and ongoing 5th series of the AFIP Atlases of Tumor and Non-tumor Pathology," said Ronald A. DeLellis, MD, Acting CEO of ARP Publications. “Our partnership with Silverchair has brought to fruition a new era of ARP publishing especially designed for the practice of pathology in the 21st century.”
